CrossFit is known for it’s great community. Because we are all working together and encouraging each other, you can expect to make great friendships here.

Our CrossFit classes are one hour in length. In that time, your coach will lead you through a warm-up, skill practices, a strength training portion, and also a conditioning workout (Metabolic Conditioning – MetCon) . You can expect to be challenged and pushed out of your comfort-zone! Because CrossFit is constantly varied, no two days will be the same. Say goodbye to normal workout routines!
